Program Details

This program is designed for your growing conditions and issues related to your lawn area. We created this program with 6 applications throughout the season to give you the best looking lawn! First, we start with a pre-emergent to control crabgrass and other weeds. Next we put down slow release fertilizer and a blanket of weed control. The fertilizer will release over a longer period of time, to feed the lawn how it should be fed. With the next 2 applications, our focus shifts to insects. We will treat grubs and other sub-surface insects, then treat for surface feeding insects (including army worms and other insects that destroy your lawn). The 2 fall applications focus on root development to thicken the turf. First application is a fall rate fertilizer and a blanket app of weed control. The last is the winterizer application, which will be fertilizer to strengthen the root system. Pricing depends on square footage of your lawn.

We all hate Mosquitoes! We created this program to control those pests, so you can be outside and enjoying time with friends and family! We will spray 6 applications  approximately a month apart throughout the season to give the control needed. With each application, we will spray all areas where those pests hang out and sleep to ensure control. Within about 24-48 hours, you will notice those pests will be controlled!  However, even though mosquitoes fly around the yard, we do not spray the yard. For best control, we spray all the places mosquitoes rest and sleep, ie. shrubs, landscape beds, mulched areas, around pools and patios, potted and hanging plants, play areas, etc. This program works great and will give you the peace of mind to not have to worry about mosquitoes! Pricing depends on how much we will be spraying.  

  Our program for trees and shrubs is made to improve health, vigor and color of your landscape. This program is a more of “as needed”, and what issues you are actually having in your landscape. Everyone’s landscape is different, so this isn't a cookie cutter program. We will review your landscape and let you know what is specifically needed for your property. The tree/shrub program is a mix of fertilizing trees and shrubs in the spring and fall and applying insect and disease sprays. Just like the lawn, the trees and shrub need fertilizer also. This is crucial for better health and color of the plant. Through the late spring, summer and early fall, we apply insect and disease spray to the foliage of the trees and shrubs in order to prevent and stop any type of insect and/or fungus damage. Normally, any tree larger than 25 foot, we will not spray. We can fertilize them, but trees of that size are very developed, so no need to worry about the spraying for them. Pricing depends on how many and how big the trees and shrubs will be spraying.  

Do you have pets that play in the yard?  This is a program for you.  Our Flea and Tick applications are sprayed on the lawn.  These sprays control a variety of pests, ie. fleas, ticks, ants, spiders, etc. The applications are approximately 30 days apart.  We will spray the entire lawn, or we will spray specific areas you are concerned with.  The applications work great and will take care of the pests you do not want in your yard! Pricing will depend on the size of area we will be spraying.

    Do you want to keep pests out of the house?  This is the plan for you.  Our Nuisance Pest applications are sprayed around the foundation of your home.  We will spray all the way around the house, about 5 foot out and a foot or 2 up on the house.  The sprays take care of a variety of pests including ants, spiders, fleas, ticks, chiggers, etc.  They are approximately 30 days apart.  This is a proactive plan to do everything you can to keep those pests from coming into your home. Of course, if you already have them in your home, then a different course of action will need to be taken.  Pricing will depend on the amount of area we will be treating.

Do you have an Ash tree that you love and want to make sure doesn’t die from the Emerald Ash Borer?  We can help! We do injections directly into the trunk of the tree.  Doing the trunk injection is the most effective way to control these pests.  It is taken up by the vascular system of the tree and distributed throughout, to give the control it needs.  This injection is good for at least 2 years.  We will need to review the tree to give accurate pricing, and to ensure we are helping in the best way.  If the tree is too far gone, we will let you know!  We will be upfront and honest.  If we can save it, we will.  If we can’t, we will let you know that too!  This injection does work and will save your tree from dying!  Pricing will depend on the diameter of the tree.  

Aeration is the most beneficial service you can have done to your yard, besides the regular fertilizer and weed control.  Aeration is a service where we use a machine to pull cores of soil out of the lawn.  By doing this, we are reducing the compaction in the soil and allowing the root system of the turf more room to grow.  The more room the roots have to grow, the thicker the lawn will be.  The other benefit is by pulling the cores out, we are allowing more air, moisture and nutrients to actually get to the roots.  This really helps to develop a healthy and thicker root system.  Aeration is always done in the fall since this is when the majority of root development happens.  Aeration allows us to take the most advantage of that!  Seeding along with the aeration is a good idea.  With the holes already there, it gives a place for the seed to fall.  Seeding must have soil contact to work, so doing it in conjunction with the aeration will give a better germination rate.  If the lawn is bare or extremely thin, a different seeding option will be needed.  Pricing will depend on the size of area we will be aerating/seeding.
